These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ventoxy ("the Service"), a customer relationship management platform for HVAC businesses, operated by Ventoxy ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Notify us immediately at support@ventoxy.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is offered on paid subscription plans with a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required for the trial. When your trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales taxes and VAT. Paddle's own terms apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.
You retain all rights to the customer records, job data, photos, and other content you store in the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' personal information in the Service. You can export your data or request deletion at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; send spam or unsolicited messages through it; upload malicious code; attempt to access other customers' data; resell the Service without our written consent; or reverse-engineer the Service. AI-generated follow-up drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing messages before sending them to your customers.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination we will retain your data for 30 days so you can export it, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
