Every Ventoxy plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during the trial before subscribing.
If you're not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. Email support@ventoxy.com from your account email with your company name.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Renewal payments are generally not refundable, but if you cancelled before a renewal and were still charged, or you believe a charge is in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. You can also reach Paddle directly via paddle.net using the receipt emailed to you at purchase.
